Jester Fish take over Liverpool, up for auction

With the Liverpool International Theatre Festival right around the corner, Jester Fish have been popping up on telephone poles and businesses around Liverpool. And now some of these iconic fish are up for auction.

The fundraiser was officially launched at Hell Bay brewery on Sept. 30, with a display of some of the fish up for auction.

Uniquely designed Jester fish are up for auction, raising funds for the Liverpool International Theatre Festival.

Several local artisans put their spin on the fish, so no two are the same. The auction runs until Oct 10, and bidding is done through the festival’s Facebook page.

The Liverpool International Theatre festival runs from Oct. 18-21.
