Queens electoral boundaries could shift again

The electoral boundaries of Nova Scotia are once again under review, and among the proposals is a big shake up for Queens.

In 2012, the Queens riding was changed to encompass Shelburne County down to Barrington, and a small piece of Lunenburg County was removed.

With this new review the boundaries commission is considering reinstating the protected ridings of Clair, Preston, Argyle and Richmond. The change would see Shelburne reunited and the Queens riding shifted to include part of Lunenburg County again.
