However along with making sure all the medical needs of the resident are met, they also work hard to make Queens Manor feel like a home.<\/p>\n<p>Before taking on this role, she worked as a nurse at Queens General Hospital. While still a rewarding experience, she says working at Queens Manor lets her get to know the residents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou see the smile on their face,\u201d she says. \u201cYou get to know them more intimately than you normally would.
